Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be MBA Graduate or any graduate with 5+ years of experience in sales, Business development.
Strong Technical Background with experience in Data Center Services, System Integration, software sales and channel
partner sales (either from system integrators or other software vendors).
Knowledge of web hosting and email hosting.
Excellent communication skills using vocal and written English.
Formulate Strategies for customer acquisition.
Prior experience in sales in the web hosting company a plus
Clear and effective Communicate skills.
Dynamic outlook with pleasant presentation skills
Business Development in the area of Internet / Web Solutions
Ability to service national and international clients
Ability to research use business technology effectively
Ability to be passionately persistent and work in a team
The role supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the complex solutions. Collaborates with sales, service, engineering,
and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and
are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. Responsible for achieving a profit and productivity quota made up of the combined expectations of the sales resources,
market, and/or channel supported. Reporting to the COO the role reports on a dotted line to the sales manager or business line manager
responsible for the sales team supported.

Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity
and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements,
assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions,
as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design
with customers’ business requirements.
Providing presales Technical / Functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer
satisfaction with minimal supervision, through on-line sales efforts.
Previous Presales experience is a must.
3+ years of experience in building, developing and deploying Cloud solutions on AWS / Microsoft Azure/ Zimbra/ Google Compute.
Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Compute & other PaaS, IaaS and SaaS /or products.
Acting as a Technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants and sales representatives.
Experience in a customer-facing role such as Consultant, Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect.
Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
Helping sales teams develop and execute sales campaigns and Go-To-Market programs.
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
An understanding of application development and deployment concepts and tools.
Enthusiasm, energy and ability to evangelize Cloud solutions.
Support sales team in online/in-person selling efforts with minimal supervision. Develop and deliver proposed solution to customers.
Deep Understanding of Cloud Computing Technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends.
Should be able to converse with CXO level leadership.
Able to participate in requirements gathering, gathering data requirements, and assisting in the reconciliation
of technical requirements as they relate to CLOUD.
Deep Technical Knowledge in architecting, designing, and Integrating New Solutions in a large scale enterprise of
highly distributed applications (i.e., having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, etc.)
