In India, some people think so many times before starting any important work and follow a particular system for their each work especially when they are going to build their home, office etc. And for this purpose, Hindu people believe in Vastu Shastra. It is not possible for a normal human being to understand it fully but still we can consider some basic rules of Vastu.

Vastu stands for nature law. It is a traditional Hindu system of design based on directional alignments and is an inherent energy concept of science. Vastu is an inherent energy concept of science. We can see its application in different fashions and forms but we cannot see energy with our eyes.

You all must know one thing that upto the knowledge of mind is known as Science and beyond the knowledge of mind is known as Spirituality. Therefore, Vastu is not only a science but it is a bridge between man and nature and thus teaching us the Art of Living.

In other words, we can define Vastu Shastra as the act of correct settings whereby one can place himself in a manner to have the maximum advantages of the Panchbhootas or the five elements and the influence of magnetic field surrounding the earth.

There are some important factors that you should consider always while looking for a plot. Always try to follow the Vastu principles because violation of these principles does destroy the happiness of our life. From the following persons, you should never purchase the land:

• From people who have become insolvent
• From people suffering from lunatics, sickness
• Land donated to any religious place
• From people who have left the country
• Land without any deed
• The place where magicians used to live
• Houses sold by distressed, unfortunate people
• Land containing bones, ant-hills, skeletons
