Analytics Intelligence is able to monitor your site’s traffic constantly. It adds an automatic alert in your Intelligence reports if something significant happens. It creates an alert, when your bounce rate suddenly jumps on any of your referrals.

Analytics Intelligence is a very sophisticated algorithmic intelligence engine that detects any anomalies in your traffic patterns. It means it is smart to know the difference between changes that is part of a larger trend versus a change actually that you might need to look into. But, Analytics Intelligence could not be simpler from a user perspective.

If you navigate to the Intelligence reports, you will see three reports: Monthly Alerts, Daily Alerts and Weekly Alerts. Monthly Alerts includes alerts based on monthly data,
Daily Alerts includes all the alerts that are based on daily data. Weekly includes alerts based on weekly data.

You will notice that your assistant has already gone through your posted alerts and historical data. It highlights a key feature of Analytics Intelligence. So, you do not have to do anything as alerts get posted to your account automatically. For special things that you want to monitor, you can also instruct your assistant to be on the lookout. Suppose you are running a billboard campaign in New York’s Times Square. You want to be informed regarding how the campaign is impacting traffic from New York. For this, you just go the Manage Intelligence Alerts page and set up a custom alert.

With automatic alerts, the perfect way to learn about custom alerts is to try them out on your own data.

So, just sign in to your account to try it out. As it is time to meet your new assistant.
